Hello, basketball world.
A lot has happened since my last entry. We are now entering the state tournament today with our first round game being against Ranney Prep. As many may know we lost in the Union County tournament to Union High in upset fashion. So taking any game lightly would be very foolish.
We bounced back after that game against Colts Neck and played very well as a team and got a win by 39 points. As a team I feel like we are going to make a statement in the state tournament. Right now I have added Fairfield to the list of schools that I’m considering.
I haven’t scheduled any visits yet but I’m planning to take mostly to all of them after the season.
Before the county tournament we had beat a good East Brunswick team who was at the time No. 3 in the state. Then before that we played Govenor Livingston, Linden, and Gill St. Bernard’s. Right now is the most important part of the season for our team, and we are really looking foward to showing why we think we are one of top teams in the state since we feel a little disrespected by some of the rankings. Sorry I can’t keep this updated more, but the season is pretty crazy.
