Arizona’s Parrom Done for Season

Arizona junior Kevin Parrom suffered a fracture to a bone in his right foot during Saturday’s 69-67 loss to Washington and will miss the remainder of the season.

The injury occurred near the end of the first half and will require surgery.

“There is no time to feel sorry for me or my injury. I really appreciate all the love and support but we still got to win the pac12!” Parrom Tweeted.

Parrom, a Bronx native, was shot in the leg and hand in September, but this incident is completely unrelated.

The 6-foot- 6 Parrom was averaging 4.9 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 20 appearances this season (one start).  He tallied seven points, three rebounds and two assists in 10 minutes of action Saturday against the Huskies.
