Duke, UCLA, Kentucky Have Most Pros

Ever wonder which colleges produce the most NBA players?

Here’s the updated list in terms of the 2011-12 NBA rosters.  As you might expect, Duke, UCLA and Kentucky top the list.

1. Duke, 17

2(t). UCLA, 15

2(t). Kentucky 15

4(t). Texas, 13

4(t). UConn, 13

6(t). North Carolina, 12

6(t). Kansas, 12

8(t). Arizona, 10

8(t). Florida, 10

Here is the breakdown by league.

1. Atlantic Coast, 62
2. Pac-12, 53
3. Big East, 49
4. Southeastern, 45
5. Big 12, 40
6. Big Ten, 25

    One could make a compelling argument that exploiting a BS NBA rule by housing kids that are already pros for a year is simply not producing NBA talent.
