Tonye Jekiri is headed to Miami.
The 6-foot-10 center from Hialeah (Fla.) Champagnat Catholic and Team Breakdown chose the Hurricanes over Virginia Tech, Clemson and George Mason, a source with direct knowledge of the decision told SNY.tv.
Jekiri was not immediately available for comment.
He joins St. Benedict’s Prep shooting guard Melvin Johnson in Miami’s 2012 recruiting class.
