NYPD Seeking Suspect in Parrom Shooting

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jason Gonzalez, 19, of The Bronx as a suspect in the shooting of Arizona junior wing Kevin Parrom of The Bronx.

In a story first reported by SNY.tv, Parrom was inside 1200 Woodycrest Avenue early Saturday morning when he had a dispute with two other men.

“One of the men then shot the victim once in the right leg before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction,” the NYPD said in a release. “EMS also responded to the scene and transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital, where he was treated and released.”

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).  The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.  All calls are strictly confidential.
