Smith-Rivera Wide Open in Recruitment

AKRON, Ohio — Oak Hill Academy point guard D’Vauntes Smith-Rivera has his choice of schools at this point.

The 6-foot-3, 227-pound combo guard from Indianapolis says Tennessee, Xavier, Michigan State, UCLA, Texas, Baylor and Georgetown have all offered. Smith-Rivera, ranked as the No. 2 point guard in the Class of 2012 (not 2013 as I mistakenly said in the video), said he’s visited all the schools except Michigan State.

“I’m wide open in my recruitment right now,” he said in the above video interview at the LeBron James Skills Academy.
