In Loving Memory of Brayden Carr

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Brayden Carr, who passed away Tuesday morning.

Brayden is the son of one of the nicest and most genuine guys in the basketball world — Rutgers Director of Basketball Operations Jimmy Carr and his wife, Natalie.

Brayden suffered from epileptic seizures of unknown origin since he was an infant, the subject of this earlier story.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the Carr family,” said Rutgers coach Mike Rice. “Words cannot express the sorrow we all feel. Brayden’s courage and perseverance is a tribute to the human spirit. He remains an inspiration to all of us.”

As the father of two small children, I cannot possibly imagine how difficult this time must be for the Carr family, but know that our family sends its love, faith and support.
