PISCATAWAY, N.J. –Rutgers coach Mike Rice continues to reel in top level recruits from the New York area.
Mike Taylor, a 6-foot-4, 195-pound shooting guard from Brooklyn Boys & Girls, verbally committed to Rutgers during Saturday’s North Carolina-Rutgers football game. Taylor is one of more than a dozen recruits on campus for the game.
“Yes, I told Coach Rice,” Taylor said by phone. “He told me I was his first choice at the shooting guard position.”
He chose Rutgers over West Virginia, Florida and South Carolina.
SNY broke the news. Read the full story here.

Eric grades were changed.
So, what does the NCAA do next?
And the Eric Bledso ….grades were changed.
The teacher in question says that Bledsoe earned the higher scores by doing make-up work, but that teacher couldn’t provide a single piece of paper documenting the extra work Bledsoe did.
The report concludes that “the reasons given for the (grade) changes are not c
redible.”
“Not credible” is suspicious, but it does not equal guilty of wrongdoing.
So there’s no evidence that Bledsoe did the work,
