Nash to Visit ‘Zona; Hinds to Hit UConn

Just when you thought it was a three-school race to land Dallas small forward LeBryan Nash, Arizona has jumped into the picture and landed a visit.

“Yes,” Nash said by text.

The date of Nash’s official to Arizona remains unclear, but he plans to visit Oklahoma State and Arizona in the next month, and has also mentioned visiting Kansas Oct. 15 for “Late Night in the Phog.” He is due to announce Oct. 21 on ESPN.

The 6-foot-7 Nash visited Baylor last weekend.

The decision to visit Arizona can be attributed to the hard work of head coach Sean Miller and assistant Book Richardson.

HINDS TO VISIT UCONN

Mount Vernon point guard Jabarie Hinds, pictured above, will take an official to UConn Sept. 24 after a successful in-home visit with head coach Jim Calhoun.

“The home visit went well,” Hinds said. “I saw the roster and it really looked good if I was to go there. Everything else I’ve got to go see for myself.

“It’s only an hour and a half from my house driving, so my family can see me play a lot.”

The 6-1, 175-pound Hinds now has officials set to UNLV Friday (Sept. 17), UConn (Sept. 24) and West Virginia (Oct. 14).

  • Good Stuff AZ,

    Book has been on it.
Getting top talent to visit is just the beginning.

    Note;
    More big news is coming.
    “Ward on the Street” is…
    -Turner turned down ucla.

Turner is visiting ZONA on Friday.
    Is it time to commit?

(Oregon is lossing all of its players.)

And then there is Kansas Gangster U.
Do these guys have a recruit yet? NO.
Makes you wonder. (ticket scandal, $$….)

It would not surprise me , if recruits start cancelling its tentative visits there…

  • Jessie, once again you’ve nailed it. Every program (except UA) is struggling and/or losing recruits. KU probably won’t land any recruits this year & everybody set to attend Late Night on Oct. 15th will most likely back out. You’ve scooped everybody on this. Now back to your parent’s basement.

  • AZ,

Do the Kansas fans have alittle hope?

Those Kansas Gangster u …have ZEERO recruits.

Who will be the FIRST recruit for Kansas Gangster u?

No recruit is brave enough to commit due to the ncaa investigation.

If the AD was forced out because of BEHAVIOR/JUDGEMENT concerns…what does it say about the whole athletic department.
    If the top is “dirty”……

  • since when was arizona or the pac 10 relevant?

  • Since when did KU become Gangster U? Both schools have a legitimate shot at Nash despite the fact that Arizona came in to the picture (LBN told Book that he doesn’t mind).

To answer you questions, Mike: Arizona was relevant two years ago when they embarrassed KU – during The Wildcats’ worst season in 25 years.

  • houston: that’s right. ku lost 4 players to the nba the previous year and yet they still went farther in the tourney then arizona. thanks for refreshing my memory.

  • Mike, your memory sucks. Arizona and Kansas both went to the Sweet 16 in 2009. Good work embarrassing yourself though.

  • Paul +++1 on mike burn. f’n hilarious!

And just in case anyone doesn’t know it, jessie has no clue…don’t feed the troll.

  • AZ…

    YOU see what is happening.
The ncaa is showing its teeth.
And finally taking a stand on Kentucky, Cali and WWW.

Oregon just got popped for WWW.
WWW recruit was funneled over there and has left to play overseas.
More restrictions being imposed on WWW??

    And……De-Commits are coming….?

Do not be surpised if you start hearing about De-Commits from the 2011 recruits ,from Kentucky.

The NCAA has finally showned its teeth.

The NCAA has to be shown that Kanter was PAID, cash money.

The NCAA did discovery, after-the-fact, Eric B. had grade issues.
Cali knew about the grade issue prior to getting this commit,in 2009.

The Wiltjer and the Davis are associated with CASH MONEY.
Where there is smoke….there is FIRE.

SO, WHO do you think will be the first to De-Commit from Kentucky?

  • Jessie, please stop. You’re embarassing yourself as well as some of us Arizona fans. Your personal attacks against programs like Kansas & Kentucky are childish and look really stupid considering our program was recently hit with sanctions. You come off looking really stupid and immature when you try to rip KU for having zero recruits. Do you really think that Self won’t land any good recruits? And now your Kentucky smack is just as juvenile.

  • WorldWildcat………. don’t diss Jessie. You see, he has a 100% wrong prediction rate…… let him go on about UK…….. Sshh….

What you aught to do is laugh at him like everyone else and just hope he gets banned eventually, one of his old accounts have, Lolzerz.

  • i do apoligize for the mistake. reviewed the wrong bracket.

  • I occasionally visit this site to get updates, but unfortunately got tired of reading Jesse’s BS jealous rants and had to register for the sole purpose of telling Jesse Wildcat he needs to lock it up…WorldWildcat said it well and Jesse’s embarrassment of Zona fans heavily out weighs any other motive he may or may not have.

  • What do you think….

This is how I see it….

If Baylor gets Miller ;then, NASH is gone.
Nash will not be a Bear.

Nash was not too impressed with OSU.
And Arizona-Book conversations with Nash was very impressive.

Arizona is in the rise and Nash sees a good opportunity.

Much better opportunity with Arizona than OSU.

I have NASH going to Arizona if Baylor gets Miller.

No way Nash goes to kansas.
No hope for the kansas fans ,here…lol

  • Has Jessie (or whatever his real name is) ever gotten one prediction right? Boy, you’re really going out on a limb with Nash not going to KU. Most have said it’s OSU (and maybe Baylor). You’re a tool.
