Kentucky is not taking the Chicago Sun-Times story on Anthony Davis lying down.
On the same day the Sun-Times ran a story citing “rumors/sources” as evidence that Kentucky paid $200,000 to secure a commitment from the 6-foot-10 Davis, Kentucky attorneys issued this letter demanding a retraction and threatening legal action.
I have an email into the attorneys to see what happens next…Stay tuned.

The letter which you draft is rather WEAK.
It is easy for YOU to state the rather obvious.
Not even Kentucky would be foolish enough to provide the CASH- directly.
You have boosters.
And those boosters have companies…ie., fronts.
These entities serve as the basis for PROVIDING the CASH.
COME on Lady. We are not idiot but, you letter reflects an audience of idiots. So, no one is buying what you are selling.
All the NCAA has to do is….follow Davis’s expenses and income.
The ncaa should of already requested W2 from the Davis, for the past four years.
And it will be easy to identify…when EXPENSES >> Income.
When this is ID, then , Kentucky Folks did provide CASH and other things to the Davis.
Right?
It is easy as THAT.

All OBrian had to say was….folks with interest with the Univ. of Kentucky provide cash and other assets to the Davis in order to direct his college choice decision.
And we all know …it relates to the horsemen.
When will the NCAA disban this illegal group of indirect Kentucky folks.
Even Boston Cat can not disagree with us.
Nor does Mrs. Jones.
Mrs Jones can not provide a letter stating that NO perons(s) with direct or indirect ties to Kentucky provided CASH or other inappropriate gifts to the Davis.
Can YOU STATE that Mrs. JONES!!!
If Mrs. Jones can not make a STRONGER statement;then, Kentucky will surely face the Death Penality.
Lack of Inst. Control is being observed ,presently.
Not even the firing of the AD can save that horse community.
