Encircled by a media horde in a locker room at Lukas Oil Stadium, his face was red and puffy as he talked about how he wanted the last portion of his life back.

    • Why in the world do we have to continue to deal with Dick Vitale? You give me a stat that says he’s enjoyed. There is not a significant population that enjoys him. Why do we have to continue to listen to this guy. ESPN needs a competitor, if that was the case now he’d be gone.

      He’s BOGUS!

    • Hey, it could be worse. You could be a Big 12 fan & have to listen to Knight and Musberger call your Big Monday games. It’s painful.

    • you should enjoy listening to knight he knows the game inside and out, and is possibly the greatest coach of all time.(debatable).
I agree Vitale is brutal and annoying and is a self promoter. I know old school fans such as my dad actually mute the games he does and this a no joke believe me.

    • too bad about Butler the kid is a class act and a big time competitor with a NBA future, now it looks like it will be an up hill battle too make it to the league, but I wish him all the best and congratulate him on that degree he is about to get.
