Memphis lands three-star David Tubek; third commitment for Tigers in 24-hours

By CHARLIE PARENT

David Tubek, a three-star forward in the class of 2023, has committed to Memphis, he announced Sunday.

Tubek becomes the third player to commit to Memphis in the last 24-hours, as five-star guard Mikey Williams and four-star forward J.J. Taylor chose Penny Hardaway’s Tigers on Saturday.

“I’m looking forward to being apart of the Tiger family and can’t wait to play in front of the most amazing fans in the country,” Tubek told On3 Sports.

The 6-foot-8 Arizona native also held offers from Arizona State, Creighton, Texas, and Kansas.
