Wake Forest lands four-star shooting guard Aaron Clark

By ADAM ZAGORIA

Aaron Clark, the four-star shooting guard from Brewster (N.H.) Academy, committed to Wake Forest on Monday.

Ranked the No. 21 shooting guard by 247Sports.com, the 6-foot-6 Clark also considered Miami.

“The school just felt like home,” Clark told On3. “Watching practices, analyzing the playstyle with how I would fit in the offense and defense, it best suited me. Coach Steve Forbes and rest of the staff were honest with me from the start about how I have an opportunity to come right in and play right away as a freshman. After researching them and checking all the boxes, I knew this was the place for me.”

He added:

“The program is getting a hard-working, selfless teammate who can compete, shoot and bring play making ability with a high-defense intensity motor.”

He is the first commit for Wake Forest head coach Steve Forbes.
