Texas Tech lands class of ’22 guard Richard Isaacs (finally)

By TOBIAS BASS

After initially decommitting from Texas Tech, four-star guard Richard “Pop Pop” Isaacs signed his NLI with the school on Wednesday at Coronado High School (NV).

The 6-foot-1, 175 pound guard from Henderson (NV) chose the Red Raiders over UNLV, Arizona State, and Oklahoma State. Isaacs decommitted from Texas Tech back on Nov. 3.

Isaacs is the No. 9 point guard in the class of 2022 according to 247sports and is ranked 68th nationally.
