Class of ’22 combo guard Chase Ross commits to Marquette

By RYAN McMULLEN

Chase Ross, the 6-foot-4 guard from Cushing Academy (MA) and Drive Nation AAU, announced his commitment to Marquette on Friday afternoon.

He broke down his thoughts on Marquette with ZAGSBLOG in July.

“I like coach Shaka Smart and the program,” said Ross. “I also love their style of play that they incorporate in their program.”

Ross took an official visit to Marquette from Sept. 10-12.

He chose the Golden Eagles over Georgia, Rutgers, and Texas A&M.

Ross joins point guard Sean Jones for the Golden Eagles’ 2022 class.
