By ADAM ZAGORIA

Former Sierra Canyon basketball star Chance Westry has landed at his new destination: Hillcrest Prep (AZ).

Westry, a Pennsylvania native and the No. 32 overall recruit in the class of 2022 per 247Sports.om, averaged 14.2 points in five games for Sierra Canyon last season before leaving the team for personal reasons. As a sophomore he averaged 23.8 points for Trinity (PA) High School. He played one event this summer with The Patrick School (N.J.) but did not end up transferring there.

Westry has recently visited LSU and Syracuse and reportedly also has a lucrative offer from the Australian NBL.

Hillcrest Prep has featured Marvin Bagley III and Michael Foster, who recently signed with the NBA G League.
