Bronny James tears meniscus, undergoes surgery

By RYAN McMULLEN

Bronny James, the class of 2023 standout and the son of LeBron James, tore his meniscus and underwent surgery in February. The Los Angeles Daily News first reported the news.

James was getting ready for his sophomore season at Sierra Canyon but the injury is season-ending.

Last year James averaged 4.1 points in only 15 minutes on a Sierra Canyon squad that had two McDonald’s All-Americans in Brandon Boston and Ziaire Williams.

According to 247Sports, James is ranked No. 25 nationally and is the No. 5 combo guard in his class.
