Iona lands Australian guard Josh Duach

Class of 2021 guard Joshua Duach out of Melbourne, Australia, has committed to Iona, per ESPN’s Olgun Uluc.

Joshua Duach, a class of 2021 guard out of Melbourne, has committed to Iona, sources told ESPN. He was heavily recruited by Rick Pitino, and re-classed to join the Gaels.

Duach, a 6-foot-6 shooting guard, chose the Gaels over offers from Maryland, Weber State and Portland.

He joins Kenard Richardson, Ikechi Chantilou and Trey James as the fourth commit in Iona’s 2021 class.
