Bryant has landed a pair of transfers in Arkansas State forward Melo Eggleston, a 6-foot-8 sophomore forward, and Siena transfer Luke Sutherland, a 6-7 freshman forward.
The school will seek waivers so both players can suit up immediately.
“I just felt they were nothing but honest about their plans for me and also the program heading into the future,” Eggleston said. “They are on the path to winning 20 games and I want to help them do that. Coach G [Jared Grasso] and coach [Chris] Cole and the entire staff have done nothing but be honest with me, and shown love even before this process.”
Eggleston initially pledged to Wake Forest after having offers from Georgia, LSU, Virginia Tech, Nebraska, South Carolina and Oregon State. He appeared in 21 games there and averaged 1.0 points and 1.1 rebounds in 5.0 minutes per game during the 2017-18 season.

He then transferred to Arkansas State and, after sitting out the 2018-19 season, averaged 8.4 points and 5.1 rebounds in 20 games last season.
Bryant coach Jared Grasso hopes he can make a big impact in the Northeast Conference going forward.
Sutherland is a shooter who played in just seven games last season at Siena.
Thankful to Siena and the community for my time there. I am extremely grateful and excited for this fresh start with Coach Grasso and his staff at Bryant University. Go Bulldogs!! pic.twitter.com/gj5U6usiYl
