St. Joe’s secured a verbal pledge from Jack Forrest, a 6-foot-5 guard from Bala Cynwyd, Pa., who is transferring from Columbia.
Forrest averaged 8.9 points and 3.3 rebounds last season for the Lions. He will sit one year to play three.

Forrest is one of several Columbia players on the move. Patrick Tapé announced his transfer to Duke, while Mike Smith and Jake Killingsworth are also in the transfer portal.
