Seton Hall, Murray State latest to meet with Howard transfer R.J. Cole

By ADAM ZAGORIA

Seton Hall and Murray State will be the latest schools to meet with Howard transfer and former St. Anthony’s star R.J. Cole, who averaged 21.4 points, 6.4 assists and 4.1 rebounds last season.

Seton Hall coach Kevin Willard and assistant Duane Woodward will meet with Cole on Monday in Washington, D.C., while Murray State assistant Shane Nichols is also expected.

UConn’s Dan Hurley and Kimani Young met Saturday in New Jersey with Cole’s parents, and are slated to Cole on Tuesday. Alabama assistant Bryan Hodgson also met Friday with Cole’s folks.

The 6-foot-1 native of Union, N.J. will sit one year to play two.
