The recruitment of Class of 2019 point guard Cole Anthony is heating up.
Louisville head coach Chris Mack, Michigan coach John Beilein and Villanova’s Kyle Neptune met with the 6-foot-3 Anthony on Friday, as first reported by Andrew Slater. Anthony, the son of former NBA guard Greg Anthony, is ranked No. 6 in the 2019 ESPN 60 and is the highest-rated guard in the class.
Duke assistant Jon Scheyer and Ohio State assistant Mike Schrage are also expected this week.

At Duke, Anthony was being recruited by Jeff Capel, who has since taken the Pittsburgh job. Kansas, Oregon, Miami and others are also involved. A slew of coaches are expected to watch Anthony this spring and summer when he runs with the PSA CArdinals AAU squad on the Nike EYBL circuit.
