Lukas Kisunas, the 6-foot-10, 256- pound forward from Brewster (N.H.) Academy, committed to UConn on Monday.
Kisunas also considered Old Dominion and Illinois.

Kisunas played last summer with the Lithuanian U18 National Team at the European Championships.
“Lukas is a tough, physical center who will provide an interior presence for UConn,” Brewster coach Jason Smith said. “He is an elite level screener and possesses great footwork defending ball-screens. He’s a back-to-the-basket player who’s able to score over both shoulders in the post.”
Kisunas joins point guard James Akinjo and shooting guard Emmitt Matthews in UConn’s 2018 class. They remain in the mix for Immaculate Conception (N.J.) combo guard Jalen Carey, who plans to announce Oct. 11 between Syracuse and UConn.
