Colin Castleton done with visits after Michigan trip

Colin Castleton, the 6-foot-10, 215-pound power forward from Daytona Beach (FL) Father Catholic, took his final official visit to Michigan this weekend.

“It was great,” he said. “They are just getting to know me very well and talking about how much I could make a difference. I could make an impact from Day One if I put the work in this year.”

Moe Wagner was his host on the visit.

“Meeting the players and coaches and getting to know them all was cool,” he said. “We went out to nice dinners and went bowling.”

Castleton is down to Illinois and Michigan, and visited Illinois Sept. 1-3. He has no timetable on a decision.

“I’m done with visits,” he said. “I don’t know yet for sure.

Castleton cut Notre Dame, Florida, Florida State, Ohio State, Purdue and Baylor from his initial list of eight.
