Trevon Duval is definitely going to college.
The question now remains, where to?
Duval led IMG Academy (FL) past Westlake High (GA) on ESPN’s High School showcase on ESPNU Friday night. The point guard – ranked No. 5 in ESPN’s 2017 recruit rankings – scored 19 points and delivered nine assists en route to the 65-58 win.
ESPN’s Paul Biancardi caught up with Duval to ask him a few questions ranging from his favorite current NBA player – to whom Duval answered fellow New Jersey product, Kyrie Irving – and what his plans were moving forward with his college decision.
Duval responded that he is “100 percent going to college.”

The final five schools in contention for Duval’s services at the next level are Arizona, Baylor, Kansas, Duke, and Seton Hall.
Following his MVP performance at the National High School Hoops Festival in December, Duval broke down each of the schools left in play for the next level.
Notably being on record as a “one and done” player, Duval feels he only needs one college season to refine his skills for the NBA game. He is currently projected as the No. 6 pick in the 2018 NBA draft by DraftExpress.com.
Duval and IMG Academy make their way to New Jersey on Feb. 5 for the Thomas Richel Memorial Hoopfest when they take on The Patrick School.
