Marques Bolden to Visit Kansas, Kentucky

4_2971302Marques Bolden, a 6-foot-10 power forward/center from DeSoto (TX), will take an official visit to Kansas next weekend and an unofficial to Kentucky for Big Blue Madness on Oct. 16th, he told Andrew Slater of 247Sports.com.

He will also take an official to either Alabama or Oklahoma, he told Slater.

He previously took an official to Kentucky Sept. 2.

“[Kentucky], their interest is pretty high,” Bolden told SNY.tv in June. “[Coach John] Calipari and my dad talk. He’s just been telling him to tell me to keep working. I’ve been talking to [assistant] Kenny Payne a lot myself. The message is keep working and he thinks I’ll be a special player, like the rest of the guys they coach.”

Bolden is down to Duke, Kentucky, Kansas, Oklahoma, TCU, Alabama, Baylor and Wake Forest.

He recently visited Duke, Wake Forest and Alabama.
