Recruiting Roundup: Weekend Road Trips

Road TripFollowing a busy week in which college coaches criss-crossed the country to visit with their priority recruits, many of of those recruits will hit the road for official visits.

Here’s a rundown that will be updated over the weekend. For more detail on any player, click the embedded link near their name:

**Miami is hosting Bryce Aiken, a 5-11 point guard from Elizabeth (N.J.) St. Patrick’s, who has also visited Harvard and Seton Hall. He will then decide between the three schools.

**Auburn will host Bam Adebayo this weekend, along with commits Mustapha Heron and Justin Harper, and 2017 power forward Austin Wiley. The Wiley visit is unofficial.

**Louisville hosts 6-4 Cypress Lakes (TX) point guard De’Aaron Fox, who is coming off an official to LSU. He will also visit Kansas, Kentucky and Arizona in coming weeks.

**St. John’s hosts Hutchinson (KS) wing Bashir Ahmed, who visited Cincinnati and will hit Louisville, as well as 2017 Archbishop Stepinac wing Jordan Tucker.

**UConn hosts 6-8 Prolific Prep (CA) forward Vance Jackson, who is also considering Memphis and Cal.

**Kentucky hosts 6-10 Wenyen Gabriel of Wilbraham & Monson (MA), who has visited Maryland and will visit Duke, UConn and Providence.

**North Carolina hosts Columbia (S.C.) Hammond point guard Seventh Woods, who has tripped to Georgetown and also visits South Carolina next month.

**Arizona State will host 2016 commit Sam Cunliffe, who is ranked 38th in the latest ESPN Top 100 for the Class of 2016, and Tyson Carter, a 6-foot-5 guard from Mississippi.

**Syracuse will host 6-9 Brewster (N.H.) Academy power forward Taurean Thompson.

**South Florida hosts Brewter small forward Malik Fitts.

**Jack Lieb, a 6-9 power forward from Brewster, visits Lehigh.

**After visiting Arkansas and UNLV, Team Thad point guard Jaylen Fisher visits Memphis. He will also visit Indiana and Baylor and then decide.

**Baylor hosts Mario Kegler, a 6-6 small forward from Oak Hill Academy (VA). He has visited Arizona State and will also trip to Indiana, Maryland and possibly Mississippi State.

**Oak Hill small forward Braxton Key visits Texas after hitting Alabama last weekend. He will also visit Tennessee next weekend, and then Vanderbilt and Kansas.

**Oak Hill power forward Joe Hampton visits Penn State.

**Oak Hill power forward Khadim Sy visits Purdue.
