The McDonald’s All-American game released its state-by-state nominees to be selected for the April 1 game at Chicago’s United Center. The final selections will be made January 28th.
Fourteen players from New Jersey and seven from New York were selected.
The New Jersey group includes Roselle Catholic guard and Kentucky-bound Isaiah Briscoe and his teammate, South Carolina-bound Chris Silva. Brisoce has also made the Nike Hoop Summit, a source told SNY.tv
From New York, Georgetown-bound big man Jessie Govan and Hofstra-bound point guard Desure Buie of Wings, and Notre Dame signee Matt Ryan of Iona Prep were nominated.
Three players from Our Savior New American on Long Island were nominated, Cheick Diallo, Djibril Diallo and Damon Wilson.
