Jalen Coleman Cuts to 6; Planning Visits

By ADAM ZAGORIA & JOHN PAVIA

Jalen Coleman, a 6-foot-3 2015 combo guard from La Lumiere (IN), has trimmed his list to six schools, he Tweeted.

Coleman is down to Indiana, UNLV, N.C. State, Michigan, Notre Dame and Illinois.

“I plan on taking a visit to Michigan sometime soon and probably this coming weekend to Notre Dame,” he said this week at the Nike Skills Academy at Kean University.

“Both have great business schools so you know academically I’ll be good at both schools specifically for what I want to major in, which is business. And basketball, they’re both great programs. It’s a strength to have a backup plan for basketball, and business is what I want to major in.”

Coleman is ranked the No. 4 point guard in the 247Sports.com composite rankings.
