With three Pirates having fouled out of this thrilling run-and-gun affair, Providence outscored Seton Hall 14-9 in overtime and held on for a 98-93 victory at The Prudential Center.
Providence improved to 13-6, 5-2 in the Big East, while the Pirates (9-9, 0-6) lost their sixth straight and remain winless in the conference. Rutgers and DePaul are the other teams yet to win a Big East game.
