Seton Hall’s Willard to Take on Kobayashi in Hot Dog-Eating Contest

Seton Hall coach Kevin Willard will be doggin’ it tonight.

Hot-doggin’ it.

At the school’s Midnight Madness, Willard and SHU women’s coach Tony Bozzella will take on Kobayashi in a hot dog-eating contest.

“This is a tough contest for me. I don’t eat hot dogs,” Willard told the Daily News.

“I just don’t like hot dogs. When I was in my early 20s I saw how they made them on a late-night show and ever since then, I haven’t eaten a hot dog,” Willard said.

Sounds like Kevin could be in for a rough night.

“I was not in the brainstorming session, because if I was, I would not be eating a hot dog,” Willard said. “I need to put (an out) in my next contract for something like this next time.”

The good news for Willard is that 2014 commits Angel Delgado, Isaiah WhiteheadKhadeen Carrington and Ismael Sanogo are expected to be on hand for the festivities, along with 2015 shooting guard Arkel Ager of Bridgeport, Conn., among others.
