John Bol, the 7-foot-1 Class of 2024 big man from Sunrise Christian (KS) and MoKan Elite, committed to Florida on Saturday.
Ranked the No. 3 center in his class by 247Sports.com, Bol chose the Gators over Wake Forest, Missouri, Michigan, Texas, UConn, USC and Overtime Elite
“It’s a good fit for me and as I pursue my dream of playing in the NBA, I feel that Florida is the best place that will utilize my skill set and put me in a good position to be successful,” he told ZAGSBLOG.

He added: “I bring a lot of energy, play with a high motor, and above all a good team mate that makes things easier for my teammates. I rebound hard, block shots and I’m working on knocking down 18-foot jumpers at a high rate.”
Bol joins point guard Isaiah Brown in Florida’s 2024 class.
