Louisiana Tech transfer guard Cobe Williams is headed to Tulsa.

The 6-foot junior from Dallas averaged 18.0 points, 4.1 assists and 3.5 rebounds last season.
Williams had interest from a slew of other schools but Tulsa coach Eric Konkol from his tenure at Louisiana Tech from 2015-22 when he went 153-75.
