By ADAM ZAGORIA

Class of 2023 guard and New Jersey native Elijah Gertrude has set official visits to three of his final five schools, his father told ZAGSBLOG.

Gertrude will visit:

Seton Hall (Sept. 15-16)

Kansas (Sept. 23-25)

Rutgers (Sept. 30-Oct. 2)

Additionally, the 6-foot-3 Gertrude is planning a second visit to Virginia after his visit there July 28-29. He also went to St. John’s and Seton Hall back in June.

His final five includes Virginia, Seton Hall, St. Johns, Rutgers, and Kansas.

“It’s been exciting,” Gertrude said of the recruiting process. “It’s been a process that I’m willing to keep taking. I really enjoy it. From going from [those] schools to Virginia and Rutgers, it’s a blessing. it’s something that I dream of.”
