By JACOB POLACHECK

Texas transfer guard Courtney Ramey committed to Arizona on Friday, per Joseph Tipton of On3 Sports.

Ramey, the 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard out of St. Louis, MO, was a four-year starter for the Longhorns, averaging 10.0 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game in his career.

During the 2021-22 season, Ramey averaged 9.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 assists pre game in 34 games.

Despite losing Dalen Terry and Bennedict Mathurin to the NBA Draft, Arizona returns starting point guard Kerr Kriisa. The Wildcats are also bringing in four-star center Dylan Anderson, Serbian forward Filip Borovicanin, Estonian center Henri Veesaar and Campbell transfer Cedric Henderson Jr..
