Texas A&M adds Michigan transfer Julius Marble, Mississippi State transfer Andersson Garcia

Texas A&M added a pair of transfers on Monday in ex-Michigan State forward Julius Marble and former Mississippi State forward Andersson Garcia.

The 6-foot-9 Marble, a Dallas native, averaged 6.4 points and 3.3 last season as a junior with the Spartans

The 6-7 Garcia averaged 4.3 points and 4.2 rebounds as a sophomore.

Michigan State, meantime, returns Joey Hauser, Mady Sissoko and incoming freshman Jaxon Kohler, who scored 20 points in Saturday’s Iverson Classic in Memphis.

The Spartans have yet to add anyone in the portal this season after losing Rocket Watts, Foster Loyer, Thomas Kithier and Jack Hoiberg to the portal after the 2020-21 season.
