Bryant adds Memphis transfer Earl Timberlake

By ADAM ZAGORIA

Bryant coach Jared Grasso continued to re-tool his roster for the school’s entrance to the America East Conference with the addition Monday of Memphis transfer Earl Timberlake, per multiple reports.

Bryant is the third stop for the 6-foot-6 Timberlake, who began his career at Miami and then transferred to Memphis. He was ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 7 shooting guard and No. 36 overall prospect in the Class of 2020 coming out of high school.

Timberlake averaged 4.7 points and 3.4 rebounds under coach Penny Hardaway at Memphis.

After winning the Northeast Conference Tournament title, Bryant will head into the America East Conference with a slew of transfers, including Hofstra’s Kvonn Cramer, Rhode Island’s Antwan Walker, La Salle’s Sherif Kenney, George Mason’s Joel Kamimba, St Francis PA’s Chauncey Hawkins, Saint Peter’s Doug Edert, and Timberlake.
