Overall No.1 seed Gonzaga stunned by No.4 Arkansas

By CHARLIE PARENT

Arkansas shocked the world in San Francisco Thursday night. The Razorbacks took down No.1 overall seed, and tournament betting favorite, Gonzaga 74-68.

Arkansas had three scorers in double figures, with star guard J.D. Notae scoring team-high 21 points on 9-of-29 shooting.

This marks the second straight season that head coach Eric Mussleman has gotten the Hogs to the Elite-8. This time, it comes in wake of the defending runner-up.

Arkansas will take on No. 2 Duke, which got past No. 3 Texas Tech 78-73.
