Former Pitt commit Judah Mintz enjoyed his official visit to N.C. State and has two more planned.
“It went really well,” his father Camara told ZAGSBLOG of the visit late this week. “They want him to play major minutes as a freshman. The vision is for him to be part of a 3 guard lineup with two really good guards that are already in the program, Terquavion Smith and Casey Morsell.“
Mintz previously visited DePaul and next hits Syracuse (Feb. 25-27) and Wake Forest (March 2-4).
As for a timeline on a decision, Mintz is eyeing the spring around the time of the GEICO Nationals.
“Around GEICO, around late-March, April 1,” he said.
