Five-star forward Justin Edwards to visit UConn for Xavier game

By ADAM ZAGORIA

Five-star forward Justin Edwards will visit UConn for Saturday’s Xavier game.

Ranked the No. 5 small forward in the Class of 2022 by 247Sports.com, Edwards will attend the game along with Class of 2022 UConn commits Stephon Castle and Donovan Clingan.

Edwards, the 6-foot-7, 180-pound small forward from Imhotep Institute (PA) and the Team Final AAU Program, also holds offers from Auburn, DePaul, Georgetown, Kentucky, Marquette and Penn State, among others.

“Justin is very talented. He can really shoot it and beat guys off the dribble,” Imhotep Institute coach Andre Noble said. “At 6-7 with guard skills, he is a tough matchup. He is a high character and hard working young man as well.”
