Class of ’22 shooting guard Tom House commits to Florida State

By ADAM ZAGORIA

Tom House, the 6-foot-6, 200-pound shooting guard from Dayton (OH) Centerville, committed to Florida State on Wednesday, he told ZAGSBLOG ahead of his public announcement.

House, who averaged 17.2 ppg, 3.8 rpg and 1.8 apg as a junior, also considered Georgia, Furman, Boston College and Fordham.

“I believe that the culture of their program at Florida State matches what I believe in,” House said. “I also believe that I will be able to develop at a high level and reach my full potential.”

As for what skillset he will bring, House added: “I am a high-energy scorer that plays off of his catch and shoot 3 and brings a high IQ approach to the game.”

He joins power forward Cameron Corhen in FSU’s 2022 class.
