Class of ’22 star Chris Livingston set to announce Wednesday

By JACOB POLACHECK & ADAM ZAGORIA

Class of 2022 five-star forward Chris Livingston will announce his college choice on Wednesday at 7 p.m., sources said.

Livingston recently set a second official visit to Kentucky for Oct. 9, he told ZAGSBLOG.

Livingston, the 6-foot-6, 200-pound small forward from Oak Hill (VA) Academy, was visited last Thursday by Kentucky head coach John Calipari and assistant coach Chin Coleman.

Ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 4 overall prospect in the class of 2022, Livingston recently named Kentucky, Tennessee State, Georgetown and Memphis as his final four schools.

Shortly after setting his upcoming visit to Kentucky, Joseph Tipton of On3Sports reported that Memphis was officially out on Livingston.

Kentucky has two commits in 2022 in point guard Skyy Clark and shooting guard Shaedon Sharpe. They remain in the mix for several others, including bigs Dereck Lively II and Adem Bona.

This post was updated on Sept. 13.
