MarJon Beauchamp, the 6-foot-6 five-star shooting guard from Rainier Beach (WA), is the latest to pledge to the NBA G League Ignite.
He also considered several college and overseas options after spending eight months training with Frank Matrisciano and Chameleon BX in San Francisco.
“I just thought with my skill and what I want to achieve, this was gonna be the best route and I have a good circle coming into this which makes everything easier,” he said by text. “I just want to learn and be with the best.”
He joins Jaden Hardy, Mike Foster, Dyson Daniels and Scoot Henderson among signees to the Ignite for this season.
Beauchamp had a final three of Alabama, Arizona and Washington before landing with the Chamelon BX program in 2019.
