Class of 2022 three-star guard Christian Winborne commits to Saint Joseph’s

By JACOB POLACHECK

Christian Winborne, the No. 33 ranked point guard in the class of 2022, has committed to Saint Joseph’s, he announced Tuesday via Twitter.

The 6-foot-3, 175-pound point guard from Gilman (MD) and the Team Thrill AAU Program, chose St. Joe’s over Rutgers, Northwestern, VCU, Seton Hall and Nebraska, among others.

He took an official visit to St. Joe’s from June 30 to July 2.

Winborne also took official visits to U Penn and Northwestern with unofficial trips to Harvard and Rutgers.

He is the first commit in the Hawks’ 2022 recruiting class.
