Michigan center Hunter Dickinson withdraws from NBA Draft, set to return for sophomore season

By JACOB POLACHECK

University of Michigan center Hunter Dickinson is withdrawing from the 2021 NBA Draft and will return for his sophomore season, he announced Tuesday via Twitter.

Dickinson, the 7-foot-1, 255-pound center out of Alexandria, VA, led Michigan in points (14.1), rebounds (7.4) and blocks (1.4) during the 2020-21 season, while shooting 59.8 percent from the floor.

He started in 23 of the Wolverines 28 games.

Dickinson worked out for several teams and took part in the NBA G-League Elite Camp, but did not receive an invite to the NBA Combine.
