Bensley Joseph, the 6-foot-1, 165-pound point guard from Putnam Science (CT) Academy, will announce his college decision on Monday at 12 p.m. EST, per Corey Evans of Rivals.
He will choose between a final five of Boston College, Georgetown, Marquette, Miami and Providence.
Joseph recently transferred from Cushing Academy (MA) to Putnam Science Academy (CT) for his senior year.
He averaged 15.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, 6.9 assists, and two steals per game in the NEPSAC this past season.
Joseph is ranked the No. 20 point guard and the No. 136 player in the Class of 2021 per 247Sports.com.
“The intangibles Bensley brings are unmatched,” Putnam assistant coach Josh Scraba said. “His toughness, leadership and character are highest level! Whoever lands him is getting one of the best two-way point guards in the class.”
