Class of 2021 forward Alex ‘FrenTchi’ Tchikou doing Zoom calls with high-major programs

Alex “FrenTchi” Tchikou has been hearing from a slew of high-major programs and conducting Zoom calls with a bunch as well.

The No. 8-ranked power forward in the Class of 2021 out of Dream City Christian (AZ), Tchikou has done Zoom calls with New Mexico, Ole Miss, Virginia Tech, Arkansas, Florida State, Alabama, and Oklahoma State.

The 6-foot-11 French native said he speaks with head coaches from Washington, Alabama, Arizona, Florida State, Oregon, Arkansas, and USC “the most.”

“I talk to over 30 schools a week, but I probably talk to those head coaches the most,” he said.

Tchikou holds offers from Oklahoma State, Fresno State, Baylor, Mississippi State, Oregon, UNLV, USC, Kansas, Saint Mary’s, TCU, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona State, Maryland, NC State, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Arizona, UCLA, Western Kentucky, Ole Miss, Illinois, Washington, Florida State, Virginia Tech, UMass, Georgetown, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, St. John’s and San Diego State.
