By JACOB POLACHECK

Akeem Odusipe has committed to Vanderbilt, he announced Wednesday, via Instagram.

Odusipe, a 6-foot-9, 215-pound power forward from Knoxville Catholic (TN), chose Vanderbilt over Maryland, Georgia, West Virginia and UT-Arlington.

While he didn’t take an official visit to Vanderbilt, Odusipe took an unofficial to Vanderbilt’s campus during season.

Odusipe is ranked by 247Sports.com as the No. 51 center and No. 344 overall player in the Class of 2020.

He joins Tyrin Lawrence and Myles Stute as the third commit in the Vanderbilt’s 2020 class.
