Harvard forward Seth Towns enters transfer portal

By JACOB POLACHECK

Harvard forward Seth Towns has entered the transfer portal as a graduate transfer, a source confirmed to ZAGSBLOG Thursday. Corey Evans of Rivals was the first to report the news.

The Ivy League does not allow graduate students to play. Towns is set to graduate in May and will have two years to play.

In the 2017-18 season, Towns averaged 16.0 points and 5.7 rebounds and was named Ivy League Player of the Year.

Towns has missed the last season and a half due to knee injuries. In December, the team announced that Towns would miss the remainder of the 2019-20 season to undergo season-ending surgery.
