2020 forward Isaiah Jackson set for Syracuse, Alabama officials

By ADAM ZAGORIA

Isaiah Jackson, the 6-foot-9, 195-pound power forward from Waterford Mott High School (MI) and The Family AAU program, is set for upcoming official visits to Syracuse and Alabama.

Jackson will visit Syracuse this coming weekend (Sept. 27-29) and will visit Alabama next month (Oct. 25-27), his father told ZAGSBLOG.

Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim and assistant Red Autry had a visit with the Jacksons this past Saturday in Michigan.

“We will be leaving for Syracuse Friday,” Wesley Jackson said.

Alabama head coach Nate Oats also recently met with the player’s parents in Michigan.

“They want Isaiah,” Wesley said. “They made that point crystal clear. They believe Isaiah is the piece to anchor their team and put them in competition to compete far in the [NCAA] Tournament.”

Kentucky coach John Calipari also met with the family last week.

Jackson is ranked the No. 3 power forward in the Class of 2020 by 247Sports.com. He took his first official visit to Kentucky the weekend of Aug. 30 and enjoyed it.
